The SOLIDWORKS Simulation Professional training course is a direct extension of SOLIDWORKS Simulation. Throughout this course it is assumed that students are familiar with the concepts discussed in the SOLIDWORKS Simulation or similar course, and that they have basic familiarity with the software. The goal of this course is to teach you how to use the SOLIDWORKS Simulation Professional software to help you analyze the structural behavior of your SOLIDWORKS part and assembly models in buckling, fatigue, and when subjected to various thermal loads. The course also covers the frequency analysis, optimization, and the Drop test (time dependent impact analysis).

The focus of this course is on the fundamental skills and concepts central to the successful use of Simulation Professional. You should view the training course manual as a supplement to, and not a replacement for, the system documentation and on-line help. Once you have developed a good foundation in basic skills, you can refer to the on-line help for information on less frequently used command options.
